Shipping and returns

Shipping

Orders placed on weekdays before 12:00 PM will be shipped the same day if they are in stock. Delivery time is usually 1 to 3 business days, depending on the destination and how busy the delivery service is. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a track & trace code to follow your package.

Returns

Not completely satisfied with your order? No problem! You can return your purchase within 14 days of receipt. 

Please ensure that the items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, including tags and packaging. Our collection has a high turnover rate, so we greatly appreciate it if you return your order as soon as possible after receipt.

Exchanges

• Items can only be exchanged in our physical store. Orders placed online cannot be directly exchanged; you must first return the product and then reorder the desired item through the webshop.

• Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return conditions

• The costs for return shipping are at your own expense.

• Returns are processed immediately upon receipt.

• Refunds are made via the original payment method.

• The following items are excluded from returns:

• Sale items

• Worn or washed items

• Damaged or incomplete products

Refunds

After receiving your return, we will send you a confirmation by email. In all cases, returns are processed and refunded on the day of receipt. The amount will be back in your account within three business daysThis also applies to returns brought back to the store.

Please note: shipping costs are not reimbursed.

Complaints or damages

We carefully check all our products before they are shipped. Should something go wrong, such as a wrong or damaged product, please contact us at Amsterdam@livera.com. We will be happy to resolve it quickly for you.

Did you buy an item in our physical store and it's not to your liking? Then you can return it within 14 days

 

Sizes & Personal advice

We understand that it can sometimes be difficult to choose the right size when shopping online. Because our webshop and store share the same stock, we kindly ask you not to order multiple sizes of the same item in advance to try on at home. Do you need help choosing the right size?
