3. Product Information

We do our best to display all information about breast prostheses, lingerie, and related products as completely and accurately as possible.
Minor deviations in color, fit, or material may occur.

The products on our website are intended as an informative overview. Availability may vary per store.

4. Fitting Appointments

For fitting breast prostheses or special lingerie, we recommend making a fitting appointment.

When making an appointment:

  • we reserve time with a specialized advisor

  • we ask you to be present on time

If you are unable to attend, we kindly request you cancel or reschedule the appointment in time.

5. Reimbursement through health insurance

In many cases, breast prostheses are (partially) reimbursed by health insurance.

Please note:

  • Reimbursement and the amount vary per health insurer and policy.

  • We submit the breast prosthesis to the insurance company. If you are reimbursed for bras, you must submit an invoice prepared by us yourself.

6. Hygiene and returns

Due to hygiene, special rules apply to the return of lingerie and breast prostheses.

Products can only be returned when:

  • they are unused

  • they are in their original condition

  • they have original labels and packaging

  • Breast prostheses cannot be returned.

Products that are no longer resalable due to hygiene reasons cannot be returned.

7. Liability

Borstprothesen Amsterdam is not liable for:

  • incorrect use of products

  • damage caused by not following usage or maintenance instructions

  • indirect damage resulting from the use of products or information on the website

Our liability is in all cases limited to the amount of the product in question.

8. Privacy

Personal data provided via the website or when making an appointment will be handled carefully and used exclusively for providing our services.

We do not share personal data with third parties unless this is necessary for our services or legally required.

9. Changes

Borstprothesen Amsterdam reserves the right to amend these general terms and conditions.
